Take this seriously and I'll hold you accountable on it. Give your best answers because it'll translate into money if things line up. I want to make sure we get top results for you.

    Define Who

    • Which niche are you in:

    Define Outcome

    Define Timeframe

    • What is a realistic timeframe for you to achieve the outcome by:

    Methodology

    • What are the core components of your product:

    • List what needs to be done in full detail to achieve the outcome:

    Factors of Value

    • List every problem, obstacle, concern or objection that might arise from each item:
    • Engineer solutions to these problems, obstacles, concerns or objections:
    • Explain the solutions in terms so simple a 10-year-old could understand them:
    • What can you trim away to maximize profit and value, while minimizing costs:
